Hi: i got the Second one with the UCI # and told me that my application has been complete per the Regulation 10.

Is this ur 1st email from cic or 2nd email ? Kindly share ur timelines

but no file number yet.

is there anyone who applied either in Feb or Mar but no file number so far?

I just got to know from a lawyer that Express Entry applicants gets PER email ..Can anyone else confirm that ???

Based on my experience and other timelines you will be receiving your file number and uci within 1-3 months after cic received your application. Don't worry you will receive it soon. Goodluck

anyways if you are inland Applicant your file must be in Nova Scotia visa office

CIC won't tell you if your file is returned. But they can tell the next course of action.

I am graduated in April 2016. I am going to receive my POST GRADUATION WORK PERMIT in three months from now as per processing time of CIC. Hopefully in August.
I am interested in applying "International Student with Job Offer Category" I have read the entire book on CIC website on that as well.

I have already got the job in NOC 0621 as a Store Manager. I have started that yesterday -May 1,2016. offered salary per year $42,000

My question is:
When Can I apply for Provincial Nominee in Ontario?
Is my job experience going to count from May 1, 2016 or after I receive my POST GRAD WORK PERMIT?
Also, When Can me and my employer apply for pre-screen thing?

I will highly appreciate all the responses. Thank you kindly!

I found exact info abt PER from CIC .....There are 2 types of PNP applicants who file PR..one under express entry and one like us who got PNP from Alberta ...Basically we can't file PR under express entry.So we filed separately... so anyone who's filing for Bridge visa have to get AOR with PER....Some applicants like me who don't receive PER in AOR email will have to call CIC and make sure that our file has passed eligibility review ...It's like a glitch in their system that some applicants get PER and AOR in same email and some don't get in same email....So basically we'll not receive any email regarding PER.

So finally PER mystery solved ....lol

I think
1) you can apply for Proving Nominee in Ontario if you are relative to Ontario and meet all the requirements.
2) your job experience count from when your receive your Post Grad Work Permit.
3) I dont know what is the pre-screen thing?

I'm double minded weather to apply open work permit or not
Still have to work at same company even if you get Open permit
