When you go to your MyCIC status page, click on 'view submitted documents'. That should bring up a list of all documents CIC expects you to upload. In my case it only showed RPRF while the letter they sent had other reminders regarding medicals etc.

What I'm concerning is that even though I sent a requested document via Case Specific Enquiry and got a response email by CSE.

it is normal...
during application process will change in my cic from IN PROGRESS to NOT NEEDED AT THIS TIME and viceversa.

the ones that are a lil bit ahead we found out this is normal to happen....close to the end of the time limit of 16 months will change again to IN PROGRESS this mean cic start the final check that is Security...and will change to passed until the request your PPR.

Right now couple of June applicants and many of July 2015 applicants are waiting for PPR request...so they r working slower but working!

my cic is not very accurate with updates!

Hi guys,

I have a question regarding my situation.
I applied PNP PR application in jan 2016, got AOR in march, additional doc request in SEP and still waiting for MR, but the question is, I typed wrong PASSPORT issue date in my application so will it be create any problem to my application?
because I think if CIC found any problem they don't issue an AOR at very first place, right?

Also I am not able ot link my paper application to myCIC account, anyone had issue with that, please help me with that also.

Not being able to link application is seperate issue.

Firstly you should send case specific enquiry with attached photocopy of your passport and explain this in the letter. There are chances CIC agent might have already noticed this error given the document checklist, you already have submitted passport photocopies. I would still recommend of sending another email for explaining this situation. Besides this you do not have to panic, once you have AOR they do not deny any applications based on clerical errors.

Linking your application could get tricky sometimes. Did you apply yourself or used representative? Is there any dependant in your file?

I dont know very well, because by the time cic start the thing of linking applications to my cic, they had already asked me docs and i had already sent them...

but I am sure that if you already sent your doc via Case Specific Enquiry they for sure will attach that document to your file.
But I think that if my cic is letting you upload the document through there, it wont hurt or loose anything in your process...just to be on the safe side upload it again!

If you want to be 100% sure in what is the correct thing to do, you can call CIC cal Center and ask.

He applied January 20, 2016 under PNP (inland applicant) and got his AOR April 1st, got documents request (update schedule A) and police check from home country middle of september.

Linking to myCIC is separate issue.

Getting AOR doesn't mean that they checked all details of docs. They only check if the application is complete.
Eligibility stage will check details about you application. About the passport, they more focus on expiry date. Since you attached the photocopy, they will look for it. However, I would suggest you send them a correction email about your honest mistake. It will prevent any possible issue in the future.

I'm also in the same situation, sent the documents using CSE on OCT 15th and got application updated email on OCT 22nd , still mycic shows "your action is required" . I called CIC regarding this and the agent confirmed that the documents have been received by them through the CSE. and he mentioned that usually mycic is not updated using CSE. He told me there is no need to send the documents again.

The last date to receive documents by mycic is Dec 5th for me, I think they will update or open the file around that date.
