I have a situation. I am expecting my medical request soon but due to some family issues i have to go to my country. Is there a possibility that i can get my medical completion in my country?.

Sure you can as long as that panel physician is approved by CIC. (check here http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx )

you wont get medical report. Doctors send them directly online to cic, if in ecas said medicals received thats it, they got them, u need to wait until in your "my cic" account says medicals passed or in ur GCMS notes if you request them.

Hi everyone, I have a bad situation here. My work permit is going to expire in 2017 June, and I already have 4 years work permit. This means I can not get any more work permit from Canada. I have inland BC PNP PR application and I am still waiting for MR. My question is:

Is my PR application going to be reject after 2017 June as I am not allowe to work in Canada after 2017 June?
Because I think If I can not work for my employer my PNP will be cancel, right? Then because I don't have PNP anymore CIC will cancel my PR application?

Please if someone know this kind of situation please help me. Thank you so much.

You are eligible for a bridging work permit. Once you have an AOR from CIC you are eligible for that and you will be able to continue working for the same employer. So dont worry and apply for the bridging permit 6 months before your other one expires.

Hard to predict, Paper application processing is too slow (specially for inland). I guess more 3 to 4 months.

MR is taking 10-12 mths (on avg.). most nov/dec inland applicants are still waiting. did u submit pcc before?

I think it could be a random pick too, I'm on the same timelines as of yours. I received my AOR on April 18th and received medicals on September 1st.

You are eligible for a bridging work permit. Once you have an AOR from CIC you are eligible for that and you will be able to continue working for the same employer. So dont worry and apply for the bridging permit 6 months before your other one expires.

1 medical request will be sent to your mails
2 canadian health hospitals are nearly in all countries, where you can do your medicals, the list of countries and hospitals is present on there website
3 all medical result done from a canadian specialized hospitals are the same, they operate on the same standard

My PR application was received by Nova Scotia office on AUG 27,2016.Still waiting for AOR.I was nominated by Ainp.I have few questions.I am on close work permit now,Can I apply for an open work permit once I Receive my AOR.IF yes then can i change my employer after i get an open work permit...And do i need to inform that to AINP as well after i change my employer???and do i have to work Under same NOC for which i was nominated by AINP or i can just work anywhere?

for Work permit I can upload all the file online, but the payment is only $155, but is not include the $100 of open work permit.

But for Open work permit, there is not place for me to upload any of my file, like my AOR AND NPN latter. But I can pay for the $255.

which one i get choose? please help.

There is section - supporting documents. You can upload an attachment there so make a pdf file for an explanation letter, AOR Email, nomination letter. You have to select open work permit

Hi guys,
I had a question about reporting change in visa status to CIC.
Do we need to report any changes in Visa status to CIC if we are living in a country other than our Home country?
I live in the US, and I was on a student visa earlier but now it has changed to Work Visa (H1b). My student visa was supposed to expire in December 2016, and the new work visa is till 2019 or something.
Do I need to report this to CIC? or should i just let the processing go on. It doesn't ask anything regarding this on the website etc. we are REQUIRED to report only changes in jobs, marital status, birth,death etc. (https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx?_ga=1.189808429.707882033.1466624876&AspxAutoDetectCookieSupport=1)

Hi:

I only got
Application section for IMM5710
Supporting Document for passport and digital photo
Optional document for schedule 1(IMM5257) and letter of explanation

letter of explanation is to upload the document checklist.

No place to upload my nomination letter, because the explanation section only allow you to upload one pdf.
should i merge the two pdf?
