Supporting Document for passport and digital photo
Optional document for schedule 1(IMM5257) and letter of explanation

letter of explanation is to upload the document checklist.

No place to upload my nomination letter, because the explanation section only allow you to upload one pdf.
should i merge the two pdf?

Yes, make one pdf copy of all documents which you think are relevant for your application to upload in supporting document section.

you are missing something .... In Determine your Eligibility. for Question Which situation best suits you? You need to select I am a provincial Nominee Certificate holder.

There by you will separate fields for Nomination Certificate , Letter of Support. Kindly recheck your answers ...

A quick update, my background check went from being 'in progress' to 'not needed at this time'. Has anyone else experienced this yet?? Why did it go to not needed at this time instead of completed?

It won't say completed until the decision is made i.e. last step of the application/.

however when it goes back in progress, you can expect PPR within month or two. (Based on trends on this forum).

My timeline here.
Jan-2: submitted documents to CIC
Mar-17: received AOR
Sep-7: got email to re-submit scheduleA
Sep-11: uploaded new scheduleA
Sep-15: got email from CIC that they received my supporting documents.

How many January applicants get the MR? Anyone has an idea about how much delay for re-submitting schedule A?

I also submitted my Schedule A form on Aug 30th. Still Ecas says that documents provided.

Not received MR yet. But, I did premedical's and sent medicals documents through case specific enquiry this week. Lets see.... :-X

my BOWP application to extend my work permit got refused and now i am out of status. I wanted to know if I can apply for closed work permit based on my PNP nominee? I dont have an LMIA with me. Is it mandatory to have LMIA to apply for closed work permit?
OR are there any other options to get work permit???

I'll tell my experience as it may help.I just renewed my work permit less than 2 weeks ago.

I took a copy of the certificate of nomination and a copy of the work permit supporting letter from PNP along with my passport to the border. The CBSA officer asked if my employer paid the employer compliance fee which he hadn't done at that time. So, I had to go back and ask my employer to pay the $230 compliance fee and got a copy of the receipt. I went again to the border with payment receipt and they issued me a new work permit.

Great post. Probably I have to apply for close work permit extension. But would you please tell, Did you needed the offer of employment number that your employer submitted through the employer portal, and paid the fees($230), or you only get the receipt of employer compliance fees paid by employer not using the employer portal, when applying for work permit as a pnp nominee restricted with employer in border.

You need to have Offer of Employment Number from Employer to apply for Closed work permit or employer specific work permit. You dont need LMIA to get closed work permit. Actually on application, type of work permit would be mentioned as LMIA exemption work permit

What did they refuse your BOWP application . Bcoz of not having AOR ?

It's been 6 month, but I still wait for my MR, is it some delay or is it normal????
