True, thats why not much ppr for the last few months of last year and too many PPRs once this year started. So one has to pray to get ppr before the quota runs out too.... oh god... even after nomination we will have to wait and pray for each and every step.... great...... not great...... but no choice.... uuhhhhh..... ???htokyo said:Yes. Hope so
On the other hand, below is from CIC website
"Processing times will vary based on:
•Type of application submitted;
•Volume of applications received;
•How easily we can verify information;
•How well and how quickly you respond to any requests or concerns;
•Whether the application is complete.
Many more people want to immigrate to Canada than the Government of Canada can bring in each year under our annual immigration plan. Applications received after the maximum has been met may have to wait longer to be processed."
Each category has different quota, we are undrr economic class. Refugees are under refugees quota, so they won't impact us. Each year, quota was given by CIC to province. So once you get nominated your spot essentially is confirmed by CIC already otherwise qutoa is reached at provincial level.harirajmohan said:True, thats why not much ppr for the last few months of last year and too many PPRs once this year started. As i just did my medicals few days ago i believe that i will get it at least in the next 6-7 months. Hoping the quota doesnt run out. :-X
That is true for normal cases..but syrian crisis is exceptional..cic had to process 25000 in a short span and that's obviously an additional task..cic has the same work force,which means they have to allocate part of their officers to this quota..that for sure affects others processing..heroforest said:Each category has different quota, we are undrr economic class. I don't see any difference in processing times yeah could be only 1-2%, it's just we can't wait lol when they say 15months time we will be done in 15 but no we want it in 7-8 months. Just be positive and Jan/feb 15 is getting done and after this there is not much applications.Jiss said:That is true for normal cases..but syrian crisis is exceptional..cic had to process 25000 in a short span and that's obviously an additional task..cic has the same work force,which means they have to allocate part of their officers to this quota..that for sure affects others processing..

Good luck.
Did you submit an original birth certificate when u applied for PNP ?Newwibe said:Hello
I have a question about Documents needed for PR after PNP approved . Is it must to attach Birth Certificate with file. I think I misplaced my certificate... Can I attach a photocopy if I find or I have a copy of Birth Certificate translation attested by notary... But this is a copy of transportation not the original translation... Will this work?
