Hi.. Iam a mpnp applicant and received my Loa after 2.3years and that duration my ielts was also expired.. But my consultant told me that the cases he has done until now submitted their old ielts expired results with application.. And everybody got their aor..But he told me too take ielts again as a precautionary measure in case immigration officer asked...i have test on 9th of january...

Hello...actually i have been through so many posts regarding this ielts issue and nobody is sure about this issue even consultants and lawyers are doubtful..so better take test again in case cic ask you later...

Hello Vagaur..i think you are very lucky that they have sent back your file so quickly after checking. You dont need to worry just take a deep breath and when you receive the file check may be you might have forget to sign the form or you might have forget to include some info.. Atleast you have enough time to fix your file and return it back, before your loa expiration. Otherwise there are people on the foroum who received their file from cic after 5 months of applying to them resulting in expiration of loa and ielts.. So dont worry send back your fixed file to them and start waiting for aor in march end or mid of april.. Good luck

Please clarify, as far as you may know, if I haven't receive any feedbacks from them or any requests for additional documents, does it means my application is complete and is already on process withaout any cause of delay whatsoever?

Hello ....as your application was received by cic on nov13,2015..and it will take 60-90 days to start acessing your application.. Hence you will get your aor between 60 to 90 days..and as per other foroums they are sending aor to the october applicant at the moment.. So wait until feb mid or march starting your aor wil be in your inbox...

Thanks for the positive and encouraging feedback... I hope and pray what you say happens (...much earlier will be a blessing). You see, I waited for 20 months for my Confirmation of Provincial Nomination from MPNP and I'm wishing that the tides will turn this time in my favor with CIC (... faster processing)... I'm also optimistic that "regular" PR applications shall not be brushed aside (in lieu of the refugee prioritization).

Hi All

I sent my PR file on 25th November and it got received on 27th November and today I got an email from UPS that an envelope is being shipped to me from 49 dorchester street nova scotia and will be reaching on 5th jan 2016. Does any has any idea what that envelope could be? Have they sent my application back? Is it something bad for my PR File?

It was a stupid mistake via UPS they added my email addy instead of someone else. At the moment it's all good for now waiting for AOR.

Hi forum mates,

Please advise....

Would anyone happen to know how I would send a set of pictures that follows the new size requirements to CIC if I still don't have an AOR or any reference UCI # and application EP00.... number yet? Would that be possible?

The new picture size requirements and new form were not yet available on line during the first week of November, 2015 (the time I submitted my documents to CIC). I still followed the previous requirements.

I just want to avert any possible delays.

Hello Mjmi....
You should not worry at all, may be ups has something wrong with their system. Because as i have came to know from various forums that cic never return you application ny courier service, instead they use ordinary mail service...and in case they return your application you have plenty of time to send them back with correction, as i assume your loa might be expiring in May..but i dont think the email ups have sent you is regarding your application..

No you don't need to send originals..just send notarized attested photocopies

NOV 26,2015=SEND THE NEW APPLICATION PACKAGE SET TO CIC N/S
DEC 02,2015=AS PER COURIER, CIC SIGNED/RECEIVED OUR PACKAGE. "DAVE"

Hi may I ask if how many days or months before they sent it back your first application?
