My return tracker got activated this afternoon. Mycic showed closed and approved this morning. I sent my documents on Jan. 10 and they were supposed to be delivered on Jan. 13 but it still shows out for delivery. So I guess it's just normal that sometimes we don't get a delivery Scan. I can't believe it's almost done, the finish line is in near sight.

Important question please if the main applicant is not in Canada temporary for two months but dependents are here in Canada,and we got ppr email so can main applicant submit passport to different office depending on his location and dependents to Ottawa office.
Please advise it is important

Another important question please I need to know if I will be sending the old passports as well with new ones or not as the new ones won't have the temporary visas which means I might not be in Canada but sending the passports to the office in Canada

as compared to others, yes, your application seems taking longer than others...

I never got my return tracker activated, but i got my copr and passports back yesterday at around 1PM.
Today I decided to do the flagpoling. I came to rainbow bridge at 5:30. Reached the US side and the officer was extremedly polite explaining me the reason why they have to issue a document stating refusal to the US.

In Canada side a officer told me there was a 4 hours wait to get my PR. I did not complain and walked to the border agency building. There the officers told me about the option of getting an interview to avoid the wait.... but if I took my time to travel to the border why on earth would I want to go back an wait for 2 weeks, don't you guys agree?

When i said that i would rather wait he said that the reason the wait time is 4 hours is because all those people over there (pointing to the waiting room) didn't wanted to wait for an appointment.

Haven't we wait a lot already? 16+ months to get the PR and after waiting for so much we get to be looked over the shoulder becuase they have to do their jobs? That attitude goes against everything I fell in love with about Canada and its people.

I wouldn't mind the wait, but the attitude of this officers is in the edge of rudeness to the people who is about to become on of their own. At least on paper cuz i always considered myself part of the country
