Those including myself sent the Passport on Dec 23 and CIC received on 28 still waiting ......man so long return tracker not activated yet

Don't know whats going on.....my spouse submitted her passport on Jan 3rd got her back on Jan 11 with CoPR......but here damn slow ;(

Did the agent said when your passport was received? I finally got to talk to an agent and as per notes, she said my passport was received Jan 18 (been out for delivery since Jan 13).

My application just updated on Mycic account it shows approved now but return tracker is not activated yet.

Hey! Some people received email before it changed to DM, some received both on the same day, I received mine after 6 days, some guys in December received 10days after. One guy never received and he called the agent, the ended up sending his email to a wrong email address. So, it all depends. I would suggest you to call them.

I suggest to call IRCC, my PPR email was sent to the wrong email address.
I got DM dec 9
I called irCC dec 23 and told me that they sent the PPR email on Dec 19, i requested to resend to the right email address.

I have DM on Jan 11, too. I got PPR on Jan 16.

Im guessing the CIC is not using the same envelope that we sent to them to ship our package back. They might be using any of our envelopes, maybe this is the reason they dont want us to fill the return ship address. What you guys think???
I will update if my package doesnt arrive with my tracking number.

i think the same, they said my passport will be back in 5 business days and tracking number is not working. Where as xpress post takes around 3 days to get back. Plus the CoPR letter will not fit in the small return envelop we gave to CIC for returning passport.

i asked her if they received. She replied back we received and its returned today already. I spoke to Canada post and they said we deliver in bulk and due to which you dont see delivered in your tracking.
