No, I think this might be what you're confused about. You're not really supposed to leave Canada before you get your PR card (unless you're from a visa-exempt country). After you land, you're supposed to get the PR card in the mail and that takes up to 6 weeks.enghope said:So you get the PR card with the passport when they return it back
