Thanks roaring
so i will go to rcmp for pcc
and send it to cic
u said it is free of cost??

Yes it was free for me. Pls check with your local RCMP office.

But for one of my friend they charged 25$. Same time i also know few who got it free too. I think it's just up to them. Don't know why they did different ways for different people. I compared the report and both were same. Even if it is 50$ I would do it for myself bcz I prefer faster or uniterupted processing rather than 50$.

Pls Do what is right for you.

If this doubt was something like "can i submit medical now before getting medical request " I would have said no. Bcz it sometimes confuse the assessor with different iMe no you sent and what they assign for you. But this won't trouble you I guess.

As I have mentioned in my profile I am an inland applicant. I am a nurse by profession. I know a lot of people who have received PR through pnp and few who have applied for PR under pnp in the facility that I am working .

I mostly discuss with those people about the application process and they all had different experience with their application.

One of them did forget to sent the RCMP pcc and later she was asked to submit it by VO.

It's quite understandable that if VO needs your RCMP pcc she will notify you. When VO notify you VO put your file aside for later day to get your pcc. VO would possibly know that it will take 2-3 weeks. Then you do your pcc and send to CIC. VO may or may not notice right away when Cic recieve it. VO will put your file to next step only when she get your pcc.

So if you sent it earlier basically it helps her to complete reviews I guess.

MAY BE I AM WRONG... Pls make your own decisions.

But if you are sending it pls send them with a letter that you missed it along with application and attach along with your application with file no xxxxxxx and all other personal information like name, DoB, etc.

IMPORTANT CHANGES TO PAYMENT METHODS:
Starting February 1st 2016, you will no longer be able to order new Payment Receipt Forms (IMM 5401) from CIC.
Canadian Financial Institutions will continue to accept the IMM 5401 Payment Receipt until March 31st 2016.
As of April 1st, 2016, you will be required to pay Immigration and Citizenship fees online through CIC’s ePayment tool. See the Online fee payment section for more details.

So I think we have to pay RPRF through this way. More details on cic website.

I think only Indian PCC is required one which you can either send with file or later when ask. If they feel Indian PCC is expired, they will ask again. Canadian PCC and fingerprints they ask on a case to case basis.(Optional)

Police Certificates and Clearances
You must get a police certificate from each country or territory where you have lived for six or more months in a row since the age of 18. You are strongly encouraged to submit your police certificates with your application to the CIO. If you are unable to obtain all the necessary police certificates, you may still send your application to the CIO without them. However, we strongly recommend that you take steps to obtain your police certificates now to avoid future delays. You must be ready to submit them when requested by an officer.[/b][/i][/u][/u][/i]
Note: Police certificates are generally considered to be valid for one year from date of issue; therefore depending on the processing time of your application, you may be requested to submit new certificates.

Thank you. Yes, I have received an email from local VO (in my case HK VO). They have sent me an email requesting documents and informed me tha my file has been trasnfered to HK VO.
Thank you for responding.

Congratulations to those that received AOR.

Can anyone tell me how to request GCMS NOTES?

If I am out land applicant and have received AOR, can I do application for open work permit to get to CA earlier without it affecting my application?

Yes, I have. My IELTS expired 21 November 2015 and I only received AOR 11 December 2015. Did not have to resend anything and received my AOR and UCI number.

I think it depends on the noc code.

Maybe someone else can comment on this one?

Cool. Thanks... :)

Inland Applicant

CIC received application: Oct. 20, 2015
My file was returned back.
Reason: IMM5669E - Spouse declaration forgot to attach in application package.
It is really stressfull. Now i need to send it back again.

Did anyone here the same on my situation? If i will send it back, meaning it is back to zero again? I mean start again from the beginning? Or they will continue to process my application?
Another problem, one of my police clearance is already expired if i will send it back again, please anyone here have idea? Thanks

Sorry, it will be back to fresh in queue, will not be considered as per few cases reported in the forums.
PCC - what is meant by expired? how many months old and is it for the country you live in currently? Nothing to worry, just send it. They will ask again if they need and you can also be ready to get new one by that time they ask for it.
