CIC received application: Oct. 20, 2015
My file was returned back.
Reason: IMM5669E - Spouse declaration forgot to attach in application package.
It is really stressfull. Now i need to send it back again.

Did anyone here the same on my situation? If i will send it back, meaning it is back to zero again? I mean start again from the beginning? Or they will continue to process my application?
Another problem, one of my police clearance is already expired if i will send it back again, please anyone here have idea? Thanks

Sorry to hear that, yes its back to zero and dont worry about the police clearnce you can resend your package without them, make sure your ainp cert is not yet expired.

Sorry, it will be back to fresh in queue, will not be considered as per few cases reported in the forums.
PCC - what is meant by expired? how many months old and is it for the country you live in currently? Nothing to worry, just send it. They will ask again if they need and you can also be ready to get new one by that time they ask for it.

PCC dubai

Date issue: Oct 1, 2015
Date expire: Jan 1, 2016
Only 3 months validity

My application will be submitted again this January 18,2016
So, i hope there is no issue regarding my PCC and do you think they will not return my application again because of that? And they will ask only another copy and forward to them?

And, do you think the CIC knows and have a record that my file was sent back and noted to provide the missing documents? Thanks

Hi, thanks for your reply. But in my PCC dubai certificate it was written at the bottom that it will valid only for 3 months from the date of issue.

PCC in Dubai, ABUDHABI, SHARJAH. ALAIN.. (basically United Arab Emirates) is only valid for 3months.. that's how they issue it. I didn't submit my PCC from UAE with my application for PNP-PR yet because of that, I will gonna get it when they ask for it because I know the validity time is too short.

I have no idea if cic put a note on their system that your package was return, but im sure there's a note/marked on your documents that they were returned to you, and my advice is resend your complete application package even w/o pcc they will request those once needed.

i just thinking 2 october inland applicants returned back their application package, but there's no any inland applicants rcvd aor yet, may be they already checked all the october applicants documents if complete then they will send aor in one batch....

May i know the name or initial of cic agent who received your package?

Mrcruel.. in my understanding once they returned the application package it is being "case closed" that's what is showing in the guidelines written in the ecas once you got OAR you can see all processing stages and references so I read that earlier.. I would suggest re-submit it and make sure everything is perfect and correct this time. I understand the pain and time wasted. Good Luck. by the way you can submit your PCC's once they ask for it (and for sure they will) submit your app ahead so atleast it start movin.
