yes Bud, I did upfront, Medical review on process status since mid 3rd week of June. we have the same timeline..

Yes its eMedical, Doctors office submitted it and the copy of it given to me and submitted through CSE

Mine was open. I didn't apply for LIMA exempt. If you have an open PGWP and no restrictions on Nomination letter. You should be fine with the suggested documents. You can check with others to make sure.

in my case, It took 2days after my medical results submitted.. I got my lab results within the day (blood, urine) and xray results day after. Then submitted right away to CIC..

not sure how long in ECAS.. my application been linked to MyCIC account.. it shows progress than ECAS

I did upront too and was advised by CIC and clinic to send both forms as they will have it merged.

I sent mine through case specific enquiry

I did not put anything in the box "PLACE OF BIRTH"
IELTS = don't select anything
IELTS NUMBER = I typed 000000
Date of IELTS TEST = Date of my application submitted (SEPTEMBER 21)

I did CELPIP, so i selected CELPIP, typed 000000 for CELPIP number and put the date they received my application which is Nov 13 for test date

oh sorry.. I don't know what to advice you. that's what I did and luckily got in. If you have CELPIP don't put 000000.. I just put that because I do not have IELTS or CELPIP.

I finally linked my application to my CIC today.
I do not know what was the problem, but I used the following information to link my account:

Family name and UCI
Place of Birth
Passport info
IELTS: none, test id: 000000, and test date: test date

Then, it worked!

I have a problem with linking my application. The problem is that I applied on paper, but I am trying to link my application to MyCIC account. but every time it says no application found. Recently, I tried to check the status of my application using the receipt number and it works (information is not much up to date). I am 100% sure that I put the correct and same information as my application but I cannot link my application. I would appreciate if anyone can help. Thank you.

Here is my application information:

Application Received for Permanent Residency under PNP: 05 Oct
Acknowledging of Receipt: 19 Jan
Additional Document Request: 20 May
Additional Document Attached: 08 June
Medical Request: waiting
Medical completed: waiting
Police certificate request/BG Check
