but i didn't receive a original hard copy of permit by mail yet.

Someone know how long does it take usually?
My MSP was expired so i need to apply MSP...

I have applied for TRV on a valid work permit inside Canada. I am still waiting for CIC to send passport request. I have to do travel outside Canada within a week. Is it possible to get it stamped from a country other than from where I have applied?

I am going to Pakistan. Has anyone ever experienced or have knowledge about it?

Yes you can submit your passport in Islamabad. I did the same last month.

Applied: March 29, 2016
Left Canada for Pakistan
Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR): April 22, 2016
Got email on October 18, 2016 to pay the fee and update profile
First Medical Request on February 10, 2017
Second Medical Request and profile update on April 16, 2018

Didn't expect it to come this soon. I thought it come at the 32nd month mark after application.

Will be sending Passport to Islamabad office soon.

No I havent got PPR. My Work Permit TRV expired and I have to stamp it. Even that TRV application is on hold without any reason. Its been a month now and no status on it.
