Just a little curious. I was told by one of my friends that paying upfront RPRF fee and PCC helps in loweribg the processing time. It makes sense it would but just wondering by how much. I would assume for atleast by a month. Any of you guys gad any experience?

well it doesnt speed up the processing time, it only reduce the processing times,

Damn it sucks seeing the processing time get longer even more. Its saying 16 months now and honestly thats ridiculous. So much for all the hype by trudeau for the faster processing eh

I had send all those documents related to PCC, upfront RPRF fee that still no AOR yet :-[

It can take a little while for the application to show up in ECAS after AOR so just eb patient.

I have a situation here. I applied under Engineering occ. Category. I hot my pnp and i applied for the pr application. It was received on August 8th 2016 by d lewis. The problem is that now my work permit is expiredand i am planning to go back to my country. Can i apply for BOWP (once i get the file number) from my country?

You have to have AOR and a current valid work permit at the time of application for BOWP. Since your permit is already expired you cannot apply for BOWP and i assune you also dont have AOR yet. So dont apply for BOWP its gonna be an automatic refusal.

I do have a valid study permit as i was aware that my permit gonna expire as a back up i took applied in a 1 year program and got a study permit. What now.. please help what are my options

Hi there! Looks like we are in the same boat with you. Lets go to stay in touch. I think we will get our MRs by December. Since AOR it could take 5-8 months for getting MR if everything goes well. So we could get it anytime now.

I think we will receive reminder email soon, a friend of mine who received AOR on Apr 26 received reminder email on Sep 19th, so we are not too far from that.
