Friends I am very :'( :'( :'(Sad. My Paper based got delivered on 24 June at Sydney. Today I checked my Linked application status, my Application No. has changed to EP00230......., starting X omitted. And in "Details" section New message appears "Cancelled as Incomplete" in place of "Open". What can I do?

If the status is cancelled, it means that before a final decision was made, IRCC determined that we did not need to process the application. This could be due to:
• an administrative error and your application needs to be re-created by IRCC,
• an extension of status is required before a permit application can be processed,
• IRCC determined that your application was incomplete, and/or
• IRCC determined you do not need what you applied for.

Looks like you missed something.Did you strictly follow the latest version of PNP checklist before sending your application CIC?

Agreed with arsal....it is highly impossible that they cancel our application until and unless they find something missing.

My file was received on 31st of May. A lot of people have received their AOR already, even past this date. Should i try linking my application through CIC to see what is going on or just wait like i have been for the past 3 months ?

They will send your whole package back with remarks on what you were missing, You just have to apply again with a complete file.

Happened to me last year as well, sucks but nothing you can do other than reapplying.

They will send your whole package back with remarks on what you were missing, You just have to apply again with a complete file.

Call them, quote your application no. and ask them the reason of this cancellation.

Alternatively wait for your documents to be arrived back to your address by Canada Post. Once received, address their concerns and send package back via courier.

You may need to update some CIC forms to reflect most up to date information until now.

There is nothing else you can do apart from the above actions.
