Hello everybody!

A lot of June applicants have received reminder emails. So I'm just following up with mine and would like to send a Police Certificate from Canada and a RPRF fee payment receipt. As it says in the email "For fastest service, please attach it to an email and submit it via the Case Specific Enquiry form."
I'm trying to do it now, I have scanned my papers and am trying to upload it via the link provided.
But when you go over here https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx (link provided in the email), what do we put in Enquiry section under Type of application? It seems it only has options for In-Canada Permanent Residence Application under either caregivers or protected persons, so I'm a little bit confused. Am I doing it right? And if so, what option do I select? Thank you!

no need to worry... theres two option....1st. u can send it thru mail....2nd send it thru case specific..l either way u will be fine.... case inquiry more often slow because they have bunch questioner receiving....

omg thanks a lot , i was worried becouse i cant send it via case enquiry becouse i sent them by mail our original police certificate, and i am stupid i didnt do copy to have it for myself.
i sent it with trucking number so i checked they receive it . i hope that this is ok that i dont need to go again to take police certificate just to send them online

so anyway i sent it by mail , they received it in fast. i sent it last thursday and they get it this monday , so 3 work day

You can select Overseas PR-PNP. I called CIC and confirmed with them. I sent my RPRF receipt by emailing as well as through Case Specific Enquiry form but not through physical mail. I am also going to send my Canadian Police certificate once I receive it just to be on the safe side, although I already included 2 police certificates from the previous two countries I stayed in

Thank you! I'm gonna do that. I combined both RPRF receipt and Canadian Police certificate into one pdf and I will send it through a Case Specific Enquiry form.
And will they send any indication that it was received or something like that?

i messed that little bit . so maybe will be better that i send them by case inquiri and by mail , but now i cant go back . i sent all allready by mail. and i dont have police certificate to scan it. i hop that my option only by mail will be good

Hey everyone, could you confirm if it is ok to do medical in advance? I spoke to the Dr and he said it's ok but just thought to ask you all for reassurance.
