I moved to India they sent me an email they transferred my file

I received an email earlier this morning saying my application has been updated, I then went to MyCIC and saw this:

Application/profile status Closed
Review of eligibility Passed
Review of medical results Passed
Review of submitted documents
Scheduling an interview
A background check is needed Complete
Final decision This application has been approved

However, the return tracker on Canadapost.ca is not activated yet for my passport. It has been 1 week since they received my passport.
