any news for PR card arrivals? 33 days out today, still waiting.

does anyone know if i can enter Canada by showing my Work Permit even though i have a PR status? I already received a PR stamp in my passport - but not the actual PR card, without which i cannot enter Canada.

it has been confirmed through border agents when we go for our landing process through many applicants here. It was also confirmed when the agent told me that all applications including PR cards are going through delays because of the resources allocated towards refugees.

it is actually confirmed that they are working on refugees over actual people who have been waiting for a long time through legal process. Hopefully PR cards come soon so we can at least go out of country for few days.

its about 45 mins from the point you enter US border and tell the officer there that your here to Flag pole (dont have to explain that you dont want to enter US etc etc).

it is better to go before than after, because u basically cannot re-enter Canada without a PR card or Travel document - for which we have to WAIT again.

return tracked still not activated yet. starting to get a bit worried about it now - 2 weeks already passed after CIC received passport.

sent mine on 29th Sept as well, return tracker still not activated. Wife already got stamped passport back on Monday in India. Usually it takes 2 weeks right ?
