Hi,

As I wrote before, I received RPRF on June 2. I paid and sent the official receipt both through email and snail mail on June 3. After a couple of days, I noticed that my ECAS changed and now says In Process (since June 2). Today I received the same request asking me to pay RPRF again. This is so confusing; has anybody had the same issue? How do I know that they received the receipt? I sent it again through email and in both cases I got an automatic email back of confirmation but apparently the first time didn´t work. Thanks.

Give them a call and ask them, I think. Or email them and ask them.

i am confused
last time i found one applicant who applied 15 sep got RPRF
today i found another applicant who applied 13 sep got RPRF and PCC

so very confused how does it work

but i wish i will get by 15 June my RPRF bcd i applied 23 sep cic got it 26 sep

Thank you. How can I contact them? Last time I called CIC they told me they don't know anything about my application because Nova Scotia is the office I was assigned and apparently they don't communicate each other

Since you paid rprf upfront, you may not hear from CIC until PPR. One thing about Rprf is that ..there's a chance of not getting a progress trigger (email) if you proactively paid. Other documents at this stage are not a must. It is as -needed or on discretion of your case officer (for example if / he/she thinks there's a possibility you relocated- you may be asked to update schedule A)

did they asked you any Form to update Example background form

also did you submit your PCC when you applied

any other documents they asked

no they didn't ask for an update background , just rfpr fee and police check, and we didn't send police check with application .. Here's my timeline

Aor 15th dec
Mr 17th dec
Rfpr request and police check June 8th 15
