PNP PR Application RETURNED

Hi Guys,
I'll appreciate some comments and advice in regards to my situation.
I've got my PNP PR application returned because of being incomplete.

Bullet 1 said Shedule 4 for the PA was missing signature (Don't know how I missed that but I've signed it now)

Bullet 2 (this is my biggest concern) said that NO FEE was received with my application.
But I did the payment via credit card, confirmed with the credit card that it was correctly processed, printed the receipt and sent it together with my application (CAD 1040 for me, CAD 1040 for my wife).
So this was definitely paid.

- Does anyone know why they may have stated that "no fee was received with your application" ??
- Any experience on this?

They've returned my application and mentioned that they'll return the processing fee.

- Should I make the payment again and send the application back to them?
- How can I make sure they now see the payment so that this doesn't happen again?

Any comment will be highly appreciated.

Try searching a solution in IRCC help center, or if you have a relative in Canada tell them to contact the IRCC toll free helpline and ask them

Called and confirmed they payment was correctly done. They told me they might have not seen the receipt between the other papers...

anyway I've sent it back again with a post it to make sure they see it this time.

I have same issues. I received by cic. It’s says i missed signature generic applican and another one is same as you schedule 4 pa. I signed and send today. What’s staus now ? Please reply me
