Call CIC - this should be a valid reason for them to open your file - since you didn't receive any email from them, but it shows up on ECAS.

I suggest you:

1. Check your spam emails and make sure CIC email did not skip
2. If found their email, just respond to that
3. If not, give them a call

Hi
Usually it takes 3-4 months to receive AOR, so don't worry. All the best !

lol, congratzz. Why would you apply twice within a span of 2-3 months?

You can never know what will happen with your application, especially in the PNP.
The other application was a backup.

I really wonder if people having IP since last 2-4 months and waiting for PPR belong to specific countries where background check takes too long...
