What if randy is landing with the copr? Until she does the landing her temporary visa is still valid and she can board the plane?

Hi Devpsd, Randy. From my understanding, CoPR is not a valid document for entry, you need a visa to get through custom especially by the airport. And the immigrant visa is one time entry, If you used it then it will be expired right away. My suggestion is just wait for the visa stamped passport return to you. then you come back with CoPR and the Immigrant visa and do the landing at the air port. I believe you will have enough time for the passport to come back by 20, July.

Should be fine as long as he has not used the temporary visa. It is only valid for one entry.

That's correct. I will use my Single Entry Visa to land here afterwards. Well, I hope I should receive it before 20th, else I am screwed.

Hi, did you call cic agents? your status is DM, I am right. Why u dont apply for GCMS notes than you know that why they are taking so much time to call you for your's PPR.

Same here, my application is in process from april 2/2015. After that no changes. My work permit goes expire on july 12/2015. Im so worried.... Hope so we will get good news as early as possible.

I moved yesterday and also received passport request yesterday. The only proof of address I have is my house agreement.
Any idea if it affects the stamping process somehow? Anybody in the same boat?

i have 2 friends from end of may. Still waiting. One is IP and no medical received(strange), with dependents. The other i think DM no dependent. None of them are on this forum.

No DM. IP since June 10. When was your case filed by CIC? May 2014?

I am late May too (May 28).. Its been 13 months now!

Ii remember those days when june-aug applicants got aor/med/ip and some of us from may were still awaiting for aor. Now couple of them are waiting. My friend is also may 28th.
i am sure u have already done the due diligience such as checking missing doc requests in spam folder, anything on dependents. Calling cic is like banging head on the wall because they speak like broken record. Only other option is approaching local mp. Atleast they give u real info in 1 week. You can wait this month what is left.

It is true. Nothing in spam folder. I called CIC three times in last two weeks and the agents did not look at my file since it was not over 16/17 months of processing time! I really do not know if MP would help a lot.
I am really getting frustrated...
