How long did it take since they received it at CIC?
From many friends I knew, they waited at least 5 weeks. Some had to wait 2 months.cupcakes said:Thanks, _MK_. I had requested CIC for extension to submit my passport, so did not want to screw up and send the wrong type of envelop, even though that's such a trivial thing.
For those who already did landing, how long has it taken to get your PR card??

I got document request (update on Schedule A) on May 21, asking to send update by fax (for fastest response). I called CIC, after 10 days inquiring about the status of the faxed pages. the guy on the line told me he cannot confirm the faxed pages are received or not, and the pages from the fax machine is still in the mail room and not in your file.
WTF, it takes 2 weeks to get a page from fax and put it into the file.
