I am a June applicant in OPNP, got file number today

u got qa call earlier

MAY/JUNE APPLICANTS WITH NO QA & AOR:

I thought QA was random and not everyone is suppose to receive a call. Though it is clear that all the people who're getting AoR got a QA call. Should we expect to receive a QA call soon and a file number 6 weeks after that?

Is there a way to confirm if my understanding is correct?

According to what the Ontario call center people and my understanding, everyone was not selected for QA. If you havent received a call by now, very likely you wont receive it. I could be wrong but thats what I am going with. Our applications should be in queue. I guess it depends on who is responsible for our pile of applications and if he is on vacation or not lol.

It's funny that for them it's just a file from the million of numbers but for us. It's our entire life's hard work. Anyhow, keep us posted. We all (No QA call) are on a same boat. We will get it together, hopefully.

I hope that is the case. However, it looks like nobody without QA call (who applied under OPNP after May) has seen any progress on their case. However, nobody has received any communication or file back, right?

my friend application was received june 9 2014 and she got RPRF (landing fee) feb 5 2015.

My application was received at the end of June 2014 and got an e-mail from OPNP for quality assurance in mid November 2014. I replied back to the PNP officer with all my updated information (when I applied I was still looking for jobs and then I moved to another city for the new position). I just got my file number today. Finally!

Is there anybody who can share the time frame as well? I would love to know about the processing time.

Hey Guys...I don't know why you are relating QA calls with AOR... It was nothing but Quality check from PNP which is part of PNP process not PR. I got QA call on 10th November. My file reached CIC on 19th September.. I paid my fees through Bank Draft so that I know when they en-cash it, but nothing so far..it is still outstanding and no AOR yet obviously ....So it's nothing to worry about regarding QA call...

No, no news man. I have a feeling that we all (Non QA batch) are under the same boat and if one of us will receive a AOR, we all will receive it around the time. Just a feeling/guess, nothing is for sure obviously.
