Hi guys,
I got my medical request today, and I tried to book an appointment with one of the physician , however, they said me that, I had to wait for 15 days before I can do my medicals. I just want to ask u guys, does it make a difference if I do it 15days later or should I book it with another panel physician. Please let me know. Thanks.
Background info: Mine is Inland application, and sent to Sydney NS. Steam SINP.

In case you haven't had a response to this I think once you have applied for the PR your PCC is valid for one year and the 3 month rule doesn't apply. So technically when they do request a PCCyours will be valid till July 9 the following year.

If anyone disagrees please correct me.

It hasn't happened to me yet but that was my interpretation of the rule.

PCC certificate must be issued no more than three months before you apply.

Check with another physician. May be that physician don't have time slot for those days. it does not make any difference if you do it next day after received medical request.

I sent an email to CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca and got back a reply from CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca saying that

" Dear Sir / Madam

This is to confirm that we have received your application. Please note you will be notified once a file number has been assigned to your application.

We do not require any information from you at the present time. We will contact you if further information is required.


We appreciate your patience and ask that you keep correspondence with our office to a minimum. In order to process requests efficiently, we will not be responding to duplicate requests.

I took my medical on October 7, the clinic submitted the results on October 14, and results show as being received in ECAS on October 18. So in your case, it should be any day now.

According to Canada post tracking number application for my permanent residency was received on 25th May 2014. Since then i haven't received any confirmation from the CIC office.I would like to inquire about my application status.

I filed for my PR at new delhi visa office while I was in India, but i moved to my province in manitoba,canada does any one knows which office is faster for PNP nominee ottawa or Nova Scotia so that I can change my visa office from outland to inland.

Hi,

Apply for the TRV from your country provided you have a valid work permit.

You can also apply to CPP-O they will issue you multiple visa take about 20days average.

hopefully it will be soon. At least the doctors didn't call to say they found any abnormalities
