just a question everyone, when completing the document checklist, do we still need to include the forms which are not applicable to us like schedule 4A coz the first time, we did not include it as well as form 8 (use of representative) as these are not applicable to us, perhaps the reason why it was returned. Also, our bank draft was lost as well so the next time, will try the online payment. Thanks for all the help!!
You don't need to include any forms that are not applicable to you.
I have seen applications being returned for the following reasons:
1. Date of Birth Certificate Issues.
2. Missing Signatures on forms.
3. Wrong or incomplete credit card information. I suggest paying online is a better option.
