Hi astasi, God is good! we we're given a nomination extension til end of January. Will be completing the app all over again, just have no idea what we missed out on the first attempt.

just a question everyone, when completing the document checklist, do we still need to include the forms which are not applicable to us like schedule 4A coz the first time, we did not include it as well as form 8 (use of representative) as these are not applicable to us, perhaps the reason why it was returned. Also, our bank draft was lost as well so the next time, will try the online payment. Thanks for all the help!!

You don't need to include any forms that are not applicable to you.

I have seen applications being returned for the following reasons:

1. Date of Birth Certificate Issues.
2. Missing Signatures on forms.
3. Wrong or incomplete credit card information. I suggest paying online is a better option.

I think i have the worst Timeline till now.
My application package was received on 25th May and i haven't got any AOR as yet.
I emailed CIO sydney and got a reply that they have my application and they do not require any other document from me.

Is there anybody who had to wait this long for AOR?

My app was received on May 12, returned on May 16, only knew that it was returned last week thru email, now it's lost and starting all over to re apply for visa. Since cic confirmed receipt of ur app, rest assured they have it, maybe they just have a huge backlog

Aww have u tried checking if your payment is still outstanding, if it is then your app is not yet under process. Hopefully all goes well with u. God bless!

Saadi have patience, CiC replies after 30 working days of query.

I have observed that AOR is also province dependent, don't ask me why. Some provinces are getting AOR within a reasonable timeline others are not
