Will forum seniors like to take the lead on drafting an email for OPNP , CIC and the immigration minister for Ontario raising a grievance on the indefinite delay and lack of any information for step 2 of the opnp process. If nothing else it will be worth asking the question on their Facebook page. If we can raise the profile of the problem then the authorities will have to act.

I don't think any of these actions will bring some fundamental change. Ontario is full of unemployed labor now. The government knows that. As long as the economy is not improving, we will see any hopes of fast processing.

I am an OPNP nominee, file received by CIO on Aug 18th 2014. My current WP expires on Nov 19th 2014.
This bulletin says I don't need AoR to apply for BOWP.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2012/ob406.asp

But this bulletin says that PNP requires positive eligibilty or AoR
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2013/ob485A.asp

So, which one should I go by? What should I do if I do not get my AoR before expiry of my current WP? :o
