Anybody applied for PCC through bls India?

Hello guys
I applied for PCC through bls services and my new work permit is some case 27 which is I guess represents that my PR under process. So bls rep asked me to provide letter from immigration and refugee board regarding my status in Canada. Not sure where should I send email.
Can anyone suggest something or anyone came across anything like this?

I received aor on 23rd September ... Can you please update ....application received CIO Nova Scotia 24 th July, visa office ndvo , country India ....god bless us all ....

QA is just a rumor, it has nothing got to do with delays or entire stream being on hold.

A case manager from my MP's office spoke to someone at CIC and they confirmed that there is a QA process going for Ontario PNP that is delaying applications. The person at CIC was even surprised the QA process is known out there. The person at CIC also said the QA process was coming to an end, but that was a few weeks ago so I don't know...

My classmate from opnp (applying in june) has the package returned days ago. I don't know whether it means cic start looking at the ON profiles again. But anyway I don't think you guys should panic so much about this whole thing.

Ananas, my intention wasn't to discount your earlier statement. I am just frustrated waiting 4 months for an aor... only for opnp applications. Feel cheated. Due to lack of transparency we have to believe what we are told by a case manager or someone else. We don't know the truth, just wait

Congrtas dear for your AOR. Did they mention the date of draft encashment in the AOR?

Dear friends& senior members,

I applied for FSW in the year 2011 and got rejected due to insufficient points i.e 66/67 at that time I got my CIO file number and also UCI number.

Later on I applied NSNP program and got nominated recently and also applied for CIO Nova scotia and waiting for AOR.

my query is

is I will get the same file number and UCI number for PNP CIO that I got in my FSW file that I applied in 2011 or I will get different one's

not sure for file number, but UCI seems unique coz mine was same for both my study permit n work permit in past seven years..

no they did not mention the date of d.d encashment .
