android: i understand your frustration. i am in the same boat. Submitted on 20th may. Looks like ontario applicants are on lower priority than applicants of all other provinces and those from rest of the world including bermuda triangle. I have seen applicants applying from outside canada getting aor faster. i guess there is nothing one could do but wait.android.exe said:This wait sucks man. cannon: i called too and got the same response. cic cannot do anything unless they receive the file. And there is no contact number for sydney. I am curious what could be the reason for the delay for ontario applicants. This should not be ON specific because we already have the ON pnp. Now it should be treated just as equally as any other region. I called up CIC Call center to check about the status of our files but unfortunately they donot have any information about it.
The only thing that could be done is writing an email to CIO which I am sure most of us did. There is nothing much that we can do but wait and keep inquiring.
