i think so they putting ontario applicants on hold.........god knows when we will be getting emails

I just cannot imagine why Ontario applicants will be discriminately delayed. Once we have got the pnp certificate, all applications should be treated equally. Unless officers dealing with Ontario are on vacation or there r too many applications in the queue. This problem started from early may application submissions. My friends in ON who submitted before that got aor within 4-6 weeks. Atleast 3 of them. CIO doesn't even respond to email query that I sent on the 11th week. They could at least let us know the reason. Terrible. I don't even see any notifications posted on cic for provincial applicants.

Interesting, i'm also Nigerian application submitted to CIO June 11th still waiting AOR n Medicals nomination to the province of Manitoba March 27th

Ontario PNP office already took me almost 6 months to issue "PNP certificate"
once we submit the application to CIC to CPP-Ottawa/Sydney, I am not sure if Ontario PNP office would be in the process. CIC process each application from all provinces. Ontario applications are processes slower, maybe because CIC prefer to distribute its time equally to each province, which means, Ontarian applicant with huge number, have to wait longer. darn it.

what I have heard is people talking with member of parliament to follow up individual or group concerns. If you decide to do so, let me know too.

I don't think pnp Ontario has any jurisdiction in cic. My friends who had submitted applications till 10th may 2014 got aor/med in 4 to 6 weeks.
Students who graduated summer 2013 applied for pnp by fall 2013 got their pnp winter-march 2014. So a large batch of students apply april onwards. Officers on vacation may add to the delay. ON pnp capacity doubled this year from 1300 to 2500. I cannot think of any other reason.
I am glad I joined this forum, else I would have assumed it is just my application.

My timeline:- applied to PNP Nova Scotia in June 2013, received an email saying I would receive a response 6-8 weeks, still hadn't heard anything by Oct 2013 so I emailed Halifax, told behind with their processing times. Finally received my nomination letter March 2014. Sent nomination letter and application for PR to Sydney NS from the UK, payment was made 13th May 2014 and application (according to Royal Mail) was delivered on 30th May 2014. To date I have still not even had an acknowledgement from Sydney to say its arrived let alone begun processing ! I'm panicking a bit as I was hoping to arrive in NS in the spring 2015 and I've been applying for jobs but employers are telling me to wait until I have PR. Is anyone else in the same position ?! also what happens when your "processed", do Sydney send the application to London on your behalf or do they send it back to me to send to London ? I'm really confused !!

best way is not to pay online through dedit/credit, card sometime bank doesnot allow international payment so best way is to send draft.i have heard couple of applicants had problem with that. but if you are preety sure ur card can be used internationaly then its up to you.
