I Got COPR for the PNP application in the mail today. so CIC shared police certificates and medicals for my 2 applications (CEC and PNP). I hope this info can help anyone who has 2 applications. For me, PNP was faster. Good luck. Sukhi

You can never know what will happen with your application, especially in the PNP. The other application was a backup.

Just got "decision made" status on my PNP.application. I wonder if the second application has to be withdrawn before getting COPR. I hope this doesn't cause an additional delay. Anyone had a.similar situation?

I was on vacation and noticed that my ecas changed to decision made! One small step for CIC, one giant step for me! Now I have no idea how long it will take to get COPR because I have another PR application in process. Thanks for your support everyone and do not loose hope.

Hi Marmaht, You don't have to fly to Toronto to apply for an Israeli police certificate. The best way to do it is to apply online as explained in http://embassies.gov.il/toronto/ConsularServices/Pages/Police-Clearance-.aspx. I am not sure if online works without an Israeli ID number...

Congrats natk! We had similar timelines, but I received a request for additional info (police certificate) instead of MR. CIC probably didn't get the police certificate sent a few months ago. As for MR, I wonder if they just skipped that because I already have MRs uploaded on my PNP application...

Perhaps CIC should slow processing down a bit. The high "speed" is causing too many mistakes :) :)

Yes 5 y.o has to do medical as well. However, it is only a partial procedure ( no x-ray, for example).

Indeed sad news to OPNP candidates. This also explains why entire PNP processing was dramatically slowed down. Let's hope for better progress on other provinces in the coming months.

My application status was updated to "in process" in ecas. This was at the time I got the AOR. I don't think it means much for CEC, because there was no progress in the application.
