Congrats! They seem to move quicker on AOR and Med request now. It took 2 months for a lot of the May and June apps.

I'd consider 2 months to be really quick. For those whose applications received by CIO in September it is taking them about 3 months now.

No, There is no problem in that and it is better, if you can do yourself.

thanks Tsaini.appriciate ur help.
actually the scenario is i filed my pr with one representative and now im planning to apply my open workpemit with another representative . so i was wondering wether it will affect using different representative only for bridging the workpermit or not? ::)

If statutary holidays were not paid

i dont think that will result in refusal.the total income is calculated as your per hour wage multiplied with 260 days. if your total income per year comes above the margin then you should be good.as far as you work a full time at least 34/35 hours a week that should be ok.

Please update my timeline AOR and UCI number date: Dec 5, 2014

Thanks

Cannonbarrel / devpsd, did you guys receive any call / email from PNP confirming stuff? i have not yet.

Sorry for late response. I was travelling. Nope. Didnt hear anything from them.
Can we apply for EE as a seperate application?
i.e. just like some people applied 2 applications - 1 for CEC and another for PNP.

edge of my patience by now.

I don't think so they will consider into EE, who applied in 2014. Main reason behind that is Express Entry will function as a two-step process. Step one will involve candidates making an expression of interest in immigrating to Canada, with candidates who are eligible for one of the federal economic immigration programs entering the Express Entry pool. Step two will involve a portion of those candidates in the pool being issued invitations to apply for Canadian permanent residence.

According to EE process, I don't think so they will waive the first step for all who applied in 2014 and did not get AOR yet, Reason is in the mean time most of candidates PNP certification will be expired.

REST CIC knows better, We just assume :) :) :)

Also, they are considering language skills for calculating score out of 1200. Does that mean that even those PNP applicants who were waived of the language testing (NOC - A) will have to take tests for it?
