Applied for PR on May 05,
Got the file no and done with med aswell.

Thank you very much for your reply.
Would you please tell me how long it takes for you to get the AOR?

I got my AOR in June. Just a month after along with the medical request.

Where are you from Fatima?

Has anyone got IP? It's been 4 months since AOR/Med request for some of us

I know it is hard, but patience my friend. Unfortunately, not even April applicants are in process yet, except for only 1 that I recall on this forum. You can even check here:
trackitt.com/canada-immigration-trackers/provincial-nominees
and you will see the same pattern.

Just in case this info can be of help, I got a YNP Employee Participant Monitor Form with request to send it back by dec 5. A bunch of standard quiestions about my working hours / conditions and how my CIC application is going and whether I had started it.

Not sure if it's linked to the processing of the CIC file, looks like it's not actually.

Raise of hands for those who're suffering with Work Permit Applications as-well

Hi All,

I am under the same boat, haven't received AOR, neither a QA call yet, nothing new or unusual from other posts, however, my Work Permit has been expired too and I am under "Implied Status" now. I've applied through LMIA Exemption, with my O-PNP certificate and Job contract for my new WP, but it's been like 3 months and I haven't received my WP. I believe, it has something to do with QA as-well. CIC Call center is not helping me either.

I am kinda scared. Wants to know if anyone else is under "Implied Status" just because of this O-PNP QA thingy.

Hi,
Who have done medical within September to October already received PPR.

Mes amis,

CIC posted some new information yesterday and I spent some time reading and analyzing the new express entry thing and I believe those who are stuck before AOR/MR is because of this.

"Express Entry will help select skilled immigrants based on their skills and experience. Those with valid job offers or provincial/territorial nominations will be picked first."

If you would like to see how they would rank your application, they have published that too.
http://www.gazette.gc.ca/rp-pr/p1/2014/2014-12-01-x10/html/extra10-eng.php

If you don't have time to read all that then in a nutshell it's a 1200 point system where PNP certificate holders will automatically get 600 points. There will be 500 points for human capital (age, education, language, and work experience) and 100 points for transferable skills.

They have their own way of giving AOR and i understand thats the main reason why we were not given AOR while they were ranking our files. I might be wrong though. So I don't expect to have any updates in Dec may be from Jan there would be quick progress as express entry is supposed to be six months or less processing time.

Not sure if this is helpful but I could see light at the end of the tunnel.

Merci,
S.

Thanks Spartacus for the update. It gives a clearer picture on the ee. There were earlier postings eluding us to it. However, unfortunately this does not explain why May - Aug applicants did not get aor since it starts from 2015. Even if they had to put on hold because we would be the first batch on ee May onwards considering 5 months process time (Jan - May =5), why aug-sep applicants getting aor. I guess you dont need more questions :) just answers... thanks

I think they are going to put before late Aug applicants into EE, as I calculated, most OPNP applicants can get more than 900 points in EE. so I think CIC would take May-Aug applicants as laboratory rats to demonstrate how efficient EE is. So they don't issue File #. No medical request, nothing. CIC maybe wants to show you how express their system is with send AOR, finish ME and issue Visa within 6 month.

I don't think so. Because it is clearly mentioned that:

If you apply before January 1, 2015:
We will process your application under the rules in place at the time you applied.
