Hello guys,

I got an email from CIC to sent my schedule A updating the address history as my dates were missing for a month in 2013. The content of the emails is
" Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature. Please submit a new Schedule A with details for Address History from May 2005-Sept 2005 and Jan 2013-Feb 2013. This must be received at this office by: 2015/09/27"

My question is should I fill the whole Schedule A or Just update the address history and leave the rest of the page blank?
Please suggest me the necessary action. I appreciate your advice.

Do the whole thing again. Download the new blank PDF from CIC and fill out the entire thing as if it's the first time you've ever done it.

Yes, I do! I'm December 11th, and up until yesterday I had your exact same situation... just the two lines on ECAS, and no updates since the generic reminder email on July 22nd.

Then yesterday it updated to IP and I have the "started processing" line added when you click for more details.

Stay patient, I bet you'll get an update in the coming days!

Hi R1982. Thanks for posting that tracker info of the applicants. From that data, it looks like it takes at least a month (or less in some cases) for "Status Transition" from IP to DM. That's good to know. If you're the one who's in charge of updating the tracker database, keep up the good work!

I was having the third line stating 3. Medical results have been received.

Today I have an update on ecas like this

3. We sent you correspondence on July 14, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
4. Medical results have been received.

I received Police Certificate and RPRF request on 14 July as they state but I send them these documents both by courier and by email and they were received in 30-July

Does this update means that they didn't receive these documents

I am much worried about this issue

Hiii friends, My status hasn't been updated yet. Its still showing as application received but I got a mail from cic yesterday stating to send all the police certificates and updated schedule A. I already sent all the documents when I got the generic email on july 22nd. I emailed them the documents and also I sent the original documents through courier. The police certificates that I sent was just 1 month old. It hasn't been expired yet. I am really confused guys. What should I do now? Do I need to explain that I already sent the documents through courier?
