    Thats true Sandra, since you are refused, then send them a copy of the refusal and explain that the reason of refusal is the expired nomination along the way while processing the wp extension.

    you can't apply restoration and extension at the border. once you leave the country you can't apply for a restoration.

    first you have to contact ainp office and ask for a support letter then apply a restoration and extension of work permit at the same time.

    I called yesterday... the agent was helpful, she said, "everything is completed, just wait for the decision. it will be soon" it made my day... hoping and praying it will be finalize asap.
