Reply to the email that you already have sent these documents by courier and attach the courier tracking report, and dont worry Cic usually send automatic emails while their system is not updated it took 26 days from the day they received my documents to update it in my file good luck

I think that passport request without asking you to pay the RPRF is a mistake form them. If you haven't paid the RPRF fees, I think you should pay it and sent the receipt to them by email or with the passport in order to accelerate the visa stamping on the passport. This is my opinion best wishes
