Received back my passport and visa & COPR from ADVO after 28 days. Passport submitted on 16/9, received back 14/10.

Got the PP request letter on 6/10 documents reached AUH on 8/10, on 17/10 got a call from Aramex confirming address for delivery. Hoping that it is good news.

i got my Passport back!! in 10 days!! i was so sure (and worried) that they probably returned it due to some missing information or some error, but no, my visa got stamped in 10 days - i just can't believe it! (it was received in AUD on Sep 30th and AUD sent it back to me Oct 11th)

The Wait is Over! Canada here i come!!!

Thank you everyone on the forum for the advice, support and constant encouragement. This forum is truly a great resource for not just information but for those looking for some sort of hope.

Backtracking all the posts. It is a bit shameful how ADVO is taking much time to stamp. Manila Visa Office and maybe some other offices are taking maximum 10 days to stamp.

I think they should hire more people. I myself cannot travel because of this long wait and again holiday in UAE on Thursday. Still praying to receive it before then.

By the grace of God, collected my passport with stamped visa. Thanks God & friends here to keep me going to achieve this & now ready for the next hard level to settle in Canada. All of u must be asked in ur ppr request that send ur passport through vfs so any body here who has send his passport though another service instead of vfs, coz i also sent my passports throuh other courier not vfs, have i made a mistake, what should i do now... Help

I don't think there will be a problem. I sent my passport through VFS (Wafi) on October 13, and got it back on October 20.

But dear u sent through vfs and i sent through tcs which is another courier service..

TCS is ok.but hope you paid for your parcel to go TO and FRO
