I have got today e-mail from CIC - Additional Information Required (this is second e-mail). I must send police certificate because I think last police cert. was expired and SCHEDULE A. It is strange because I sent this in my application and I don't leave Canada
Hi friend
What is the issued date of Your police certificate which you submitted with your PR Application ?
What is the status at online ECAS ?
Wish you good luck....!!!

I'm little confused, because I send my police cert. from my country with my application. I think I sent a photocopy my police cert. with notarized translation. They send me message:
"Original documents must be received by mail. Notarized documents are not acceptable in lieu of original documents" I must do to a new police certyficate?

"Please submit an original police certificate from your country (Photocopies are not accepted by this office). Please check the CIC website (How To obtain a police certificate). You will find the link below."

Only Original police certificates are accepted by CIC. This is the reason why they have asked you to submit new ones. Do send the original this time.

Karkwi,

Wat's the status in your Ecas portal ?

So I called CIC today and one of the agents confirmed that they had received my medicals and he told me that e-CAS team doesn't update the site due to delays and being busy.

Then they sent to me this following email:

"Thank you for contacting Citizenship and Immigration Canada. I am pleased to follow up on your request:

Information in e-CAS is not up-to-date - Most recent application status is not reflected

It is normal for some actions to not be reflected in e-Client Application Status (e-CAS) for many weeks due to the volume of information received at the visa offices and the case processing centres.

In many cases, an in-process file is actually waiting in a queue for initial review as applications are handled in the order they are received and on a case-by-case basis. The waiting time in this initial queue can be lengthy, depending on the standard processing times. Applications are processed according to the Application Processing Time at a given location.

In addition, other actions happening to your file are not shown on e-CAS (example: security checks) so it may appear as though nothing is happening to your file. But be assured that e-CAS is updated on a weekly basis"

I checked the site minutes back and I saw the updated my e-CAS the following new section:
2. We started processing your application on April 27, 2015

Yet it is still showing that they didn't receive my medical! I'll wait until the beginning of September as they should receive and processed my Police Clarence Certificate from within Canada by that time and will give them a call back.

Hey friends and folks:

So, finally- today i got that reminder email with pdf attached for the following 4 things: 1- Police certificate 2- RPRF, 3- Medical, 4- Schedule A

My Questions to those of you who already done so...

I dont need to worry about medical and RPRF as they are already done...
Police certificate i just got last friday, so it was a great i got it on time so i will send...But they said send the scanned copy???
BUT the Million Dollar Question for You:
4- Schedule A: As i am in restoration now from May 2015..still the same restoration status...I am wondering whether i should send the new schedule A or NOT?
Your insight will be appreciated, bcz its tricky and its alarming ...??
Thanks
