Do you guys know how I can pay RRPF upfront? Would paying upfront make this process go a little faster?

My dear friends. A small question. Please help

I got my EP and medical request and my wife is co-applicant residing in India. I will do my medical here but can you explain me in detail how she should proceed and exact procedure?

Got Ontario PNP in oct 2014 (unmarried at this time)
Sent application to CIC in Jan 22 (married and wife is co-applicant)
MR on may 22

Did masters here so applied under master degree PNP without job offer.

Let me know if you want any more details.
