Finally. The Wait is over. I got my PPR email this morning. Jan 26th Applicant. PPR Feb 1st. Going to Canada Post now. All the information about what we need to send is in the email. Please read the email and do what it says.

It's should be 50 mm x 70 mm. Just follow the photo specification link CIC mentioned in your ready for visa email. I printed a copy and showed the photographer to make sure that he understood the specifications.

Thank you NBUNB. I couldn't be happier today. I am so relieved. Just send the package to Ottawa through Express Post. It should get there on Wednesday. Will keep you guys updated at every step. I am from Calgary and planning to do landing at Coutts border unless someone suggests otherwise.

I hear ya man. It was such a painful waiting time. Thank God... we are almost done with the whole process. I am not from AB but everyone here is saying Coutts is better for landing in AB.

Hi Guys,

My first message here in this Forum.
Just got "Ready for Visa" email from Ottawa.

Here is my timeline:

Visa Office......: CIO, Sydney
Job Offer........: NO (But I am employed)
App. Filed.......: Jan 30 2015
AOR Received.: 27 MAY 2015
Med's Request: 29 MAY 2015
Doc's Request: 19 AUG 2015
Decision Made: 1 FEB 2016
Passport Req..: 1 FEB 2016

I am AINP applicant and single without dependents.

I am also worried about my situation because I am leaving for my country in three days and I only have one blank page left on my passport (They request two).
Anybody know how to solve these problems? Do they arrange other visa office for visa issuance?

I am single applicant.

No DM/PPR.

I don't know what CIC's timeline & pattern of processing and approving applications on a case to case basis. Single or w/ dependents? Skilled or semi skilled?
You should be getting yours soon I believe.. Just keeps our all hopes high and believe it will come sooner rather than later..

We have a similar situation my dependant is in India just wanted to know does only the principal applicant receive ppr or even the accompanying spouse receives one ?

if you live in canada and your spouse in india then you both get separate ppr
