Try to get a response as when it was transferred and also when did you send the email to CIC?
10 Oct, when I asked first time via email to CPC...i got a reply on 12th Oct.. at that time..file was at CIO, Sydney
27th Oct, when I again asked via email to CPC.. i got a reply on 31st Oct..that it was not processed at CPC, Ottawa..and asked me to raise a query via webform
31 Oct, I asked it through webform..for which i got a reply on 7th Nov..that it was being processed at NDVO..
So after 12th Oct..it has left Canada.. no exact date though..
I guess our files were transferred to NDVO between 13-20th October. (AOR-27th July, got reply on 20th Oct that it's at NDVO.)
It means August AOR file transfer is pretty quick then July one. Even 31st August AOR PNP-O reported file transferred to LVO on immitracker.
Don't know as Indian applicants are getting NDVO mostly, anyone can put NDVO even before confirmation on transferred to LVO from CPC.
But that's possible as well, as I my file was transferred to LVO on or before 20th Oct means August AOR should also be at LVO now.

Few days ago I asked via email and Ottawa said that my file currently processed by New Delhi...
I think we are in same Queue.. and PPR will be called in bulk
The processing time will be faster than what it is now for FY2018. FSW 1-2 months, PNP 2-4 months with any ADRs.

All this talk about estimating time goes down the drain when someone is in SS. This SS thing is a curse. Although I'm not sure yet I am in SS but ip2 since 1 month almost. My gcms should be here in 10 days to be sure. 236 days and really getting depressed.

I am supposed to upload the IMM5475 form and I need to write my visa office and its location. I sent an email yesterday to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca and received an automatic reply that they will answer after 20 days.
Is there any other way to know my visa office or should I just write Express Entry as my visa office?

was that a ADR request for you? I believe you should upload them online and submission should be within 7days.
