one PNP of Feb 7 AOR reported PPR. few june fsw applicants got into ip2. Rest no progress.

I received a message from CIC for additional documents. It said that the following documents are required:
- my UCI # - My name:
- IMM5475
I already got the IMM5475 form. I don't understand what is meant by the first point as it was mentioned under the required documents. Am I required to upload the IMM5475 only or are there any other documents required from me?

When I enquired via email to CPC ottawa, i got a reply that it was not processed here
So then I tried using webform

For which I got above reply
