Maybe his file was transfered already and he did not got the AOR or went to span.
Then he got already a AOR and MR from CPP Ottawa. And this would mean very fast process waiting for us.
What does say in e-case?

hello friends,
i got my nomination in oct and then i applied for work permit so didnt apply for PR. now i have landed in canada on work permit. now question is, on my SINP nomination letter, it written to apply to New delhi visa office, ofcourse i will have to apply CIO NS first but since i am in canada, i want my application to be processed @ CPP ottawa. so can i change my visa office and make to CPP ottawa instead of New delhi? n how do i do it?

if anyone has any idea. please let me know.
thanks

Hi mysteryocean,
How is everything? Hope is OK. Very cold in Saskatchewan?I was trying to use USA visa office but when I emailed the VO in NY they said that we need to be more than one year legal in the country of residency to use that office. Maybe this apply to you too, as you have only 1 month I think is better to live in New Delhi, so they will not make a big deal of this in the future. I hope everything goes smooth for you.

I got confused with the email I got. It says:"

This is to advise you that your application for permanent residence has been received and that a file has been created for the Regional Program Centre (RPC) in Buffalo

But the medical forms shows CPP Ottawa and instead of sending to Buffalo, the doctor should send to CPP Ottawa. Also I got two different numbers: one is application no. EP0000... and the other is Paper file: B......

Where do you got the email? My email is from OttPilot-immigration.

Hi...i guess CPP-Ottawa is the designated center to receive your medical records(VO being Buffalo) please check this link
cic.gc.ca/english/resources/publications/dmp-handbook/appendix-01.asp#appendix1

DMP are requested to send the documents to regional office so for North and South America(most of the countries) the designated regional office for medical records is Ottawa.

I have submitted my document to CIO on last week of January.
How much time they take to issue AOR?

hello MH_334,
welcome to this forum :D , please kindly review our previous post so you can have an idea regarding the trend of AOR, it really depends on the case of the application.
Please provide us some info so we can add you on our traking list.
1.What is your category/stream and VO office.
2.Do you know when(exact date) your file was received at CIO?
3.What is your payment method? Did you pay both PF&RPRF? Please check with your bank if payment has already encashed from your account, if so, then you might be able to expect the AOR one-two weeks after payment transaction.

Hi Guys,

Please see the following link below

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Ah3aVF39Lzs3dGVHRUdrM3lSTEF2MVR1cTMzSDJ0UWc

Hi guys.. I know there were big changes last Dec 1 where we need to send all our documents to the CIO at Nova Scotia.

Now, here's my question. Did anyone sent your documents directly to your local CIC office after December 1? If yes, did you receive any feedback from them? Were your documents returned? Or did they forward it to the CIO office?

Because for me, I got nominated last September 2011. So it took me quite sometime to complete the supporting documents. Then I submitted it to my local CIC office here in the Philippines last December 20.

Now, I have not received any word from them and I am starting to worry because of the invitation letter from AINP that it will expire this April if I did not send my documents on time. I specifically followed what was insturcted to me on the letter that I need to send it to the CIC office assigned to me.

So much worry about this....

It should not be a problem.. as they allow the documents to be sent to CIC office until 31st March, I am sure you will get an AOR from the concerned visa office soon, if you do not hear from them soon enough, and if you are concerned, you could send an email to them stating your concerns, I am sure you will get a good response from them .. cheers :)

hello manubobby, have you already access your ecas... i'm trying just now but still not working... dunno why.. ;)

Hi adg,

I have been trying to access it for the past couple of days, but I havent been able to, I even sent an email to them stating the problem, but they responded saying that I need to wait some more time to access CAS.. which doesnt make sense coz there are a lotta people in this thread who have been able to access it, anyways .. guess I will wait for some more time and then try and access it sometime later..
Cheers

Hi Manu,

Give it a few days, I logged on after a few days of receiving the AOR.

Cheers,

It takes a few weeks to get the AOR. I read somewhere that the average was 6 weeks. It hasn t even been a month since they received your application. They received my application 4 days after yours and they are yet to cash the draft. If in two weeks you still have nothing I would suggest you email them. All you can do for now is wait.
