A november applicant just got a ppr. This is getting just rediculous. It is outragious

I wrote to every major newspaper in the country, explaining our situation.I encourage everyone to do the same.Aren't you frusterated that they are reviewing november 2012, and forgot about you.We can do it only together.I dont do it just for myself but for you too.Here is what i wrote:

Dear Sir or Madam

Our voice can only be heard through your understanding, since any communication with the government has proven futile.
We are Buffalo Apllicants who have been neglected by Case Processing Pilot- Ottawa.Some of the people have been waiting for more than 2 years, meanwhile Ottawa is Issuing passport requests for visa stamping to people who applied just a couple of months ago. Ottawa has not adhered to any timeline they set, let alone the fact that they changed it 4 times in 2012, leaving people guessing as to their fates.
Is this how the government redeeming itself for creating such a massive backlog, making people spend countless efforts and money to:
- Maintain the legal status in Canada,constantly renewing work permits,
-redo medical examinations (which is quite an expense in big families),
-forego the joy of being with the loved ones
-wait, wait, wait...
You are our only chance to bring light to this issue. Thousand of people are stuck in the limbo, while the CIC is processing others. It makes us feel like 2d sort of immigrants.
We beg you to help us and conduct investigation.

Today i wrote CPP "
I want to know if there is any particular reason because my case is still on hold. I already pass the processing time (more than 13 months) and my file has been IN Process since May 10, 2012.


My question is: Althought my file never went to Buffalo; Is the Processing Timeframes for PR Cases Transferred from Buffalo to CPP-O (attached below) posted in your site, applicable to my case?
1.Received before Sept. 2011 will be reviewed by end of Feb. 2013
2.Received before Dec. 2011 will be reviewed by end of March 2013
3.Received before March 2012 will be reviewed by end of May 2013

An officer will be in contact with you in due course. In the meantime, we would ask for your patience and for you not to send follow-up requests for status to our office, unless you fall into one of the categories listed below.



When should I contact CIC?



You must notify Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) of any changes to your application. Examples of changes include:



• Changes in your personal circumstances, such as birth or adoption of a child, death of a family member, a marriage or a divorce;

• Change of contact information (e-mail, mailing address, telephone number);

• Appointment or change of immigration representative or designated individual;

• Decision to withdraw your application.



You have the option to withdraw your application at any point in the process. You will be refunded the RPRF if you have already paid it.

I am almost sure of my theory they divided the group before Buffalo closed (applicants until June 2012) and after June (Buffalo closed). So, our group only have 10000 applicants in front.. simultaneously they are working on the second group (without backlog) july 2012.... november applicants.. Very frustraiting

I sent yesterday inquiry about my case as I passed also 13 months from the receiving date.
they just replied to me with the same answer and schedule like @yanesrahn.

I won't post the schedule as it's the exact one like the previous post with exact same message.
Also specifying that it applies for provincial nominees including Quebec
so won't expect anything before end of may. pfffffffffff :-[

I'm tired from the waiting and I can't plan anything for the coming few months.
I'm fed up really.

CIC call centre is not taking calls now.Same standard thing ...we cannot transfer ur call because of high volume of calls.I am getting for 13 days in row now...
huuuuh,......enough is enough!!!
