Hi, so far, everything is completed except for the BG, which is in progress since two months ago

Can anyone give opinion on NSNP 2023? I submitted my application on August 2nd and recieved my AOR within 10 mints now it says in queue for assessment

Going 4 months now and eligibility and bgc are still in progress. I am thinking to apply for bowp now

I've another month before my Nomination times out for SOWP, I will have to do that too

To those on a open WP I think it is not a problem, I would advice you to do your own research. The permutation and combination vary if you are CEC/FSW or a PNP, or even worse if you are on a closed WP and claimed the 50 points for arranged employment etc.... I've very limited knowledge to advice for every scenario.
I know for those in a close WP it is mess if one is PNP nominated (e.g. me). if I miss the SOWP within the PNP nomination window it is not easy to get BOWP.

Applied NS-pnp under express entry with principal applicant in canada and dependant spouse in India on May 4, Aor May 5,
Med and biometrics passed on may 30
Nothing so far after that.
My spouse’s medical expired on Aug 12, should we do medical again to avoid any further delays ??
Please advice.
