I applied through a consultant, and they advised me to provide both statements (mine and my spouse's). And we got nominated based on our joint funds.

Cheers.
Thanks bro, i have asked my consultant lets see what she replies back

CIC call center technicians does not have more privilege information than an applicant has.
They only suggest you instructions based on your query.
They do not have access to your EE profile.

I have been denied a visa before and intending to fill that in the statutory questions in post ITA application.
I intend to preapre a LOE to support my application.
Anyone with similar experience?

I applied in FSW 2014, but application was returned because cap was filled. In the returned documents was a pencilled UCI no. So I intend to say yes, provide the UCI, and include a LOE with the details.

Are you sure bro, as on another discussion the people are saying that not to take risk its better to show the bank statement of your wife?
I think you can show either if you

No. Not yet. But still in the process of filling all the online forms.
I think i might have made an error in the SINP forms, I didn't declare this visa denial in the Schedule A form I filled for SINP :o

Maybe you should intimate them now? If you mention it to CIC and there is a discrepancy with what you mentioned to SINP, it might be misinterpretation? In any case, to avoid any future issues, even if you get PR, for citizenship etc, its better to let SINP know.
This is just my opinion and I have personally never faced similar issue.

Yea, I think so too. I will probably explain the denial to both CIC and SINP.
I wonder if SINP will consider it as misrepresentation, giving new information after previously declaring no refusals?

Anyone fROM PNP Ontario who received AOR?

I hope not. Its a dilemma. If you do not tell and let it and be and just let CIC know, you always have this thing that something might go wrong in future. If you tell now and get over with it, at least you will not have to worry any further. I feel you giving the information yourself should be welcomed by SINP than they finding out. But this is my personal opinion only.

Hello my friends,

I am a PR PNP Ontario applicant. I sent my application to Sydney, NS from Canada on October 8.

For application fee I wrote my credit card information in the documents. Unfortuantley my credit card has been changed so those information wont work anymore.

I sent an email to CIC in order to change my credit card information but they said: "We would like to confirm that your application is not yet in process. Therefore, it is not possible to change the requested information".But the only way that my application will be in process is when the payment is completed!!!

Any help or suggestion so I can solve this problem? Please.

Thanks

Unfortunately you will just have to wait. CIC will contact you once they realize they cannot charge your credit card. Its good that you already raised this issue with them.
