I too used the old format. I am not sure when did they update this format.
Anyway i wish everything will be alrite.
Keep update here as soon you get AOR.
We both have the same timelines.

Applied for Nova Scotia. App sent october 9th, arrived on halifax on october 19th.
Now on the long 8 months waiting period
