The good news is Engineer received Medical Request on 22nd July he shared his status on another thread.

Hope we will hear good news soon from LVO regarding our cases.

If possible would you please share, what your lawyer answered to LVO? unfortunately I received same e-mail (almost word by word) as you did from EFL!!!
I did not use any agent.
