I received below email from CIC through my lawyer, which is one month old message:
I have now completed the assessment of your application for permanent resident Saskatchewan skilled worker and have determined that you do update expired nomination not meets the requirements for immigration to PNP SINP Canada. Following on examination of your application, I am waiting update that you meet the requirements of the Act and the regulations for the reasons explained above. I am therefore freezing your application process until update.
Please within 90 days the above mentioned new updates Provided our system for PNP Skilled worker program application vide your ref.

After this message now he renewed my Nomination and submitted again.
I don't know whats wrong with me...why I am too late in getting UCI/AOR???

Its given in requirements of Saskatchewan sub category guide that if you are civil engineer which lies under NOC 2131 then obtaining a lisence from respective regulatory body is mandatory

Obviously cAMYHOME THEY START from begining because they didnt give you a file num so for this he will check all documents from begining ... no worries now days UCi are coming too fast may in a month or 2 you got your file number

make a strong followup from your consultant/lawyer and inquire minimum once in a month regarding your AOR.
now people are getting AOR faster than to last couple of months.

My IELTS result is going to expire end of this month and I don't get file number until now.
Please comment how it will affect my application.
Does CIC will ask me for valid IELTS result again or not?
